Leah's High Quality CBD Process in 7-Steps
First Step: Superior Farming
- State of the art farming process
- Grown in nutrient-rich soil
- Proprietary strains
- “Sea of Green” growing method
- Grown in USA
- Regulated & safe
- Consistency & potency
Our parent company use state-of-the-art farming processes operating under strict guidelines. All of the hemp is grown in nutrient-rich soil in the United States. Starting with their natural proprietary strains of high CBD hemp their process enhance the quality and makes sure our products are regulated, safe and unsurpassed in their consistency and potency.
They implement the “sea of green” method in growing the hemp - the process of maturing hemp plants quicker with higher density. This process includes innovative water-saving practices, it also helps avoid herbicide use and encourage natural predators to avoid pesticide use as well.
Second Step: Processing Raw Hemp
- Dried and warehoused
- Milled into course powder
- Processed and manufactured in Colorado
- Distributed by Leah's Organic Garden in Belpre, Ohio
After harvest, the plants are dried and warehoused. Plant is milled into a coarse powder using the highest standards in the industry, when need for production. Once processed, it is shipped to a processing and manufacturing facility in Colorado and distributed by Leah's Organic Garden in Belpre, Ohio.
Third Step: Proprietary Extractions
- Hemp extraction and purification process
- Chlorophyll, waxes, unwanted compounds removed
- Phytocannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids preserved
Being cGMP compliant, means our parent company follow the highest standards for manufacturing at their facility.
Using a common method of extraction, a propriety hemp extraction and purification process that involves supercritical CO2, many hemp beneficial phytocannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes are preserved. Chlorophyll, waxes and undesired plant solids are removed leaving the highest quality broad spectrum hemp oil available.
CBD on its own offers many benefits, broad spectrum product leads to multiplying benefits know as the entourage effect.
Fourth Step: Separation
- Supercritical CO2 separated
- Recycled and reused
The supercritical CO2 used in the extraction process must be separated from the hemp extract before further refinement. Once completed, the CO2 is recycled and reused in the distillation process.
Fifth Step: Refining and THC Removal
- Remove THC and planet pigments
- Remove waxes and chlorophyll
- Remove unwanted compounds
- “wash and polish”
The most minute traces of THC - compound found in cannabis know to produce the “high” are extracted. One of the most important steps in the process.
Plant pigments, chlorophyll, waxes, undesired compounds and trace amounts of THC are removed using a proprietary technology. It is then “washed” and “polished.”
No detectable THC in our products, see Lab Reports.
Sixth Step: Third-party lab testing
- QR code link
- Third-party testing
- Organic ingredients whenever possible
- 60 total test
- Heavy metals and microbial test
- Potency and pesticides test
QR code linking to our third-party testing on the raw oil are included on each product. Organic ingredients are used whenever possible and Third-party lab testing is done on every batch before release. 60 total, each batch receives comprehensive testing including: heavy metals ( mercury, lead, cadmium, arsenic), microbial (yeast, E.coli, mold), potency and pesticides, ensuring that the label is correct on each product.
Seventh Step: Nanoemulsion technology
- Nanoemulsion process
- 25 nanometer
To make it the most bioavailable broad spectrum CBD, our softgels go through a propriety process that transforms the raw hemp oil into nano-sized emulsions.
The softgel formulas are more bioavailable than oil-based products because of the nanoemulsiom process. With other propriety technology and the nanoemulsion process our water-soluble hemp powder is used to create our softgels.
Products made from this process can achieve the same level of benefits of our competitors, using less! Competitors hemp oil particles range anywhere from 100 to 1000 nanometers, our particles are around 25. Smaller size equals more effective absorption.
