How long is your return policy?

Is there anything I can not return?
- No, but we do not except returns after the 30 day period.
What happens if my product is damaged or defective?
- Simply send an email to email@example.com within 48 hours, send product back and provide proof of purchase, when we receive the product we will issue a full return.
What happens if I want to return the product and its not damaged or defective?
- Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours, send product back and provide proof of purchase within 30 days. When we receive the product we will issue a full return. We will issue a return, minus return shipping cost. Customers will be responsible for return shipping cost. We ask that the product be at least half full. Our products are 30 day supply and taking product consistently for 15 days is sufficient time to see if our product is right for you
How long does it take for me to get my refund?
- As soon as we receive the returned product we will issue a return, please allow the bank 5 to 10 business days for refunds to show up on your credit card statement. If you haven’t receive a refund please check your bank first, then contact your credit card company it may take time for refund to post.
Should I get a tracking number?
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your product return items, for your protection, please consider shipping insurance or use a trackable shipping service.
